Please measure prior to purchasing for the best fit. If in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Bandanas may always be folded over to reduce the drop length (a). Pom Pom Topper Dimensions: 3.5" diameter (one size only). Pom Pom Topper adds an additional ~1.5" to the overall length of the bandana.
