1. What is a Brand Ambassador?

A Brand Ambassador is an individual with a website, blog or social media channel that promotes our brand. If you refer someone to our site and they make a purchase, you will be paid a sales commission (%) of the total order value. 

2. What am I meant to do as a Brand Ambassador?

Promote TDP and TDP products on your website, blog or social media channels. For example: sharing new products, sharing your referral link or discount code, or creating product review blogs.

3. What are the requirements to become a TDP Brand Ambassador?

TDP Brand Ambassadors must have a public Instagram profile and share content that is aligned with TDP's brand voice. There is no minimum follower count to become a Brand Ambassador, however, it is encouraged Ambassadors have an audience to share to. Applications will be approved at the discretion of TDP.

4. What are the benefits of our Brand Ambassador Program?

Brand Ambassadors receive:

5. How does Commission work as a Brand Ambassador?

Once your account value reaches >$10, commission will be paid out as store credit which can be used on the TDP site. TDP's Brand Ambassador Program features a performance based tiered structure, with the base commission starting at 5% per sale and opportunity to increase. 


6. Do Brand Ambassadors receive a personal discount? 

Brand Ambassadors may use their personalized discount code for discounts on orders. Personal orders are not eligible for commission.

7. My account has been disabled - why?

There are a few reasons your account may have been disabled:

1. Any Brand Ambassador who has been inactive for 180 days, based on their last login, lead or order, will automatically have their account disabled. 

2. Your Brand Ambassador coupon code was found on a coupon-site. Please note this is strictly prohibited.
